Mark your calendars for the HEIBO Annual Conference, hosted at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, on Tuesday, October 13 - Wednesday, October 14. We’ll also offer an optional no‑host happy hour on the evening of the 12th.  REGISTRATION INFORMATION   Please register and pay at the 2026 HEIBO Conference Registration link.   Early bird Fee: $450 Regular Fee: $500 after September 1, 2026   The last day to register is Saturday, September 12, 2026.   ACCOMMODATIONS    A block of rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard by Marriot Pullman on the WSU campus from October 11-15, 2026. Reservations can be made in the registration link (be sure to use the HEIBO specific booking link to receive the group rate).   Special Rate: $154/night + taxes and fees   1295 NE North Fairway Road Pullman, Washington, USA, 99163   TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (more details to be released late summer/early fall)   Monday, October 12th: 7:00pm - 9:00pm for optional networking Tuesday, October 13th: 8:00 am - 5:00pm with dinner to follow (all meals provided) Wednesday, October 14th: 8:00 - 5:00pm (breakfast and lunch included in registration)   Questions?
